In his role as President & CEO, Henry is responsible for all financial aspects of the company. Interlife Financial Insurance Corporation was established in 1987 by Henry J.Jarzmik, Chartered Financial Services Broker. Since that time the company has evolved into a large Managing General Agency (MGA) providing life insurance, investment products and services to independent brokers.

In her role as Vice President, Yvonne is responsible for infrastructure development, reports, and operational efficiency. Yvonne also heads up the Marketing and Communication Department.

Paul is responsible for Recruiting, Development and Supervision. Paul also specializes in legitimate Tax Planning, reducing family’s tax bills and raise family’s wealth.
